• ***Please note that participants will NOT be allowed on the practice field until ALL paperwork is completed.

Gameday Volunteering- Capital City Steelers is a 100 percent volunteer organization. Parents are expected to help out on game day with various duties. Without your help, games can't be played. Your team parent may ask or assign a task for you, please do your best to help your team by being on time and ready to do tasks given to you. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

As a courtesy to your team if your phone number changes, please make sure to tell the team parent and/or coaches as soon as possible. Sometimes it is our only way of contacting you and an up-to-date phone number is helpful.

Notice
-Only rostered volunteers and board members will have background checks completed and ID cards produced. No exceptions or additional privileges will be honored on either side of the game field, practice field or any other function. Rostered team parents may deliver water, snacks, missing equipment etc. to the participants during any practice or game. In the event of an injury, depending upon the severity, the parent(s) may be invited on the field by the head coach, commissioner or other field official.

-All head coaches will be confirmed by the Football Commissioner and Cheer Director respectively and approved by the CCYSA board of directors.
