2024 Registration Fees

Tackle Football – All Divisions - $253 plus service and online transaction fees = $265.00

A minimum deposit of $150 is required to reserve a place on any team. The full balance is due by August 1, 2024. Note: There will be an additional service fee of $3.00 per payment when paying in installments.

Refund Policy: The $150 minimum deposit is non-refundable. The full registration is non-refundable after August 1, 2024. In no case will service fees (Sports Connect or credit card) be refunded. Any returned checks will be charged a $50 NSF fee.

To complete your registration, you must complete ALL registration paperwork. Registration forms can be found at www.capitalcitysteelers.com on the “FORMS” page.

Complete registration consists of:

2024 - 2025 CCSYSA Registration Information, Waiver and Code of Conduct Form
2024 - 2025 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
2024 - 2025 Pop Warner Youth Participant Medical History Form
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of 2023-2024 FINAL report card with full grades for ALL quarters
Paid In Full Registration Fee

Participants CANNOT participate in CCSYSA activities until the full balance is paid and all registration paperwork is completed.

Completed paperwork should be given to coach/team parent.
